Nobody replies or helps

It’s a scam, the archive is corrupted, i wrote several emails with no response. I was robbed!!

Die Installation ist sehr kompliziert. Man muss die Anweisungen ganz exakt ausführen. Erklärung nur auf Englisch oder Französisch in einem Video.
